Privacy notice for the Reporch Agent beta waitlist
This notice explains how Reporch handles personal information collected through the beta waitlist on reporch.com, under the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea.
1. What we collect
- Required: email address.
- Optional: what you would use Reporch Agent for (and a one-line note if you choose "Something else"), and your role or organization.
- Recorded with your request: the date and time you agreed, the version of this notice, and the language you used.
- Processed automatically to stop abuse: your IP address, used only to limit how often requests can be made (kept at most one hour), and security cookies set by Vercel BotID to tell people from automated programs.
2. Why we use it
- To send one confirmation email and, later, the beta opening announcement.
- To stop duplicate and fraudulent signups.
- Optional answers help us decide the order of beta invitations.
3. How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist information for at most one year from the day you sign up. If you ask us to delete it before then, we delete it at once. Daily database backups may still hold a copy for up to 90 days after deletion; they are then deleted automatically.
4. Your right to decline
You may decline to agree. If you do, you cannot join the waitlist; nothing else changes.
5. Processors and transfers abroad
We use the following services to run the waitlist. Information is sent to them over an encrypted connection when you sign up, and kept only for the period in section 3. Because the waitlist cannot work without them, you can refuse the transfer only by not signing up, or by withdrawing.
| Recipient (country) | Purpose | Items | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) | Delivering and protecting the website | All items above, in transit | Global network |
| Vercel Inc. (USA) | Hosting the site and passing requests on; automated-signup detection (BotID) | All items above, in transit | Seoul, Korea (processing); global network |
| Microsoft Corporation (USA) | Storing waitlist requests and their backups (Microsoft Azure) | All items above | Seoul, Korea (Azure Korea Central) |
| Google LLC (USA) | Sending the confirmation and announcement emails (Google Workspace) | Email address, language | Google data centers |
6. How we delete it
Deleted records are removed from the database so they cannot be restored.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete, or stop the processing of your information at any time. The "cancel" link in the confirmation email deletes it immediately. You can also write to the contact below.
8. Security
- All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).

- Access to the database is limited to the people who run the waitlist.
